Was a fine choice for a short visit to Vancouver with great value for the money. The climate control in the room was fantastic, keeping everything comfortable. It's a good idea to stock up on groceries to make meals in your suite.

The Gage Suites offered a beautifully clean and comfortable Superior Studio, with lovely amenities including a full kitchenette. The location on the UBC campus was perfect, surrounded by cafes and easily accessible public transport, making it effortless for seniors.

Comfortable bed in a nice setting.

My experience at this hotel was utterly frustrating. The laundry room was an absolute nightmare. there’s no AC, and figuring out how to use the machines was a sweaty ordeal. To top it all off, I was charged $4 for a useless vending machine that was empty! Staff couldn't have been less interested in addressing my concerns, which was incredibly disappointing.

Finding the lobby can feel like hunting for a lost ship. the sign is practically hiding behind some trees. The laundry room presents a few challenges. it's a sweatbox without AC, and you need to get a laundry card from the lobby to operate the machines. Plus, expect some frustration with the empty vending machine that can charge you without giving anything back.
